Abstract

Perovskite colloidal quantum dots have received widespread attention because of their easy-to-adjust luminescence color, narrow half-value width, and high luminous efficiency. However, perovskite quantum dots have poor stability and are prone to halogen anion exchange, which limits their applications. In recent years, based on the glass network structure design and controllable crystallization, we have realized the in-situ nucleation/growth of CsPbX3 (X=Cl, Br, I) quantum dots in inorganic oxide glass. The use of glass network coating can significantly improve its Stable and effectively inhibit anion exchange. In addition, by introducing nucleating agents and F-ions to improve the glass structure, we further improve the luminous quantum efficiency of quantum dot glass, and initially realize its application in wide-color gamut backlight display.


Introduction

Daqin Chen, professor and doctoral supervisor. High-level talents from Fujian Province, top-notch young talents of Fujian Double Hundred Plan, 151 talents from Zhejiang Province, Lu Jiaxi young talents of Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc. In 2008, he obtained a doctorate degree in condensed matter physics from the Fujian Institute of the Structure of Matter, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and was hired as a researcher in 2012. In 2018, he was introduced to Fujian Normal University as a high-level talent. Has long been engaged in the research and development of optoelectronic materials and devices. He presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Science Fund for Outstanding Youth of Fujian Province, the Science Fund for Outstanding Youth of Zhejiang Province and the Natural Science Key Fund of Fujian Province, etc., and participated in more than 10 projects including the special project of "Strategic Advanced Electronic Materials" of the national key research and development plan. Long engaged in the research and development of optoelectronic materials and devices, as the first or corresponding author in well-known SCI journals such as Chem. Soc. Rev., J. Am. Chem. Soc., ACS Energy Lett., Nano Energy, Laser Photon. Rev. and Small Published more than 200 papers, with more than 12000 citations, H factor 62, more than 20 papers were selected as ESI highly cited papers, and several times (2015, 018, 2019) were selected as "Top 1% Highly Cited Chinese Authors" by the Royal Society of Chemistry. On the list, 25 authorized invention patents, 3 special chapters, 1 monograph on "Introduction to Materials Science and Engineering". He is currently a member of the Optoelectronic Materials and Devices Professional Committee of the Chinese Rare Earth Society, a member of the Special Glass Branch of the Chinese Ceramic Society, a member of the Zhejiang Institute of Materials Research and a young editorial member of the Journal of Luminescence.
