"Henan Key Laboratory of Photovoltaic Materials" was approved by Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology in November 2008 and was jointly established by Henan Normal University and Henan University (Yu Kezheng [2008] No. 6), February 28, 2009, experiment The laboratory construction plan has passed the feasibility demonstration of the expert group organized by the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and the laboratory construction period is 3-5 years. On March 26, 2015, the laboratory successfully passed the acceptance of laboratory construction by the Science and Technology Department, and many indicators were exceeded.


During the construction period, the Provincial Key Laboratory of Photovoltaic Materials of Henan University received a total of 20.3 million yuan in construction funds. The laboratory newly purchased ultra-high vacuum molecular beam epitaxy-low temperature scanning tunneling microscope combined system and ultra-high vacuum ultra-low temperature strong magnetic field scanning tunneling microscope. , Ultra-high vacuum variable temperature scanning probe microscope, piezoelectric conductive force microscope, solar cell test system, pulsed laser deposition coating equipment, scanning probe microscope, comprehensive physical property measurement system, X-fluorescence spectrometer, laser cutting machine, PECVD vapor film deposition Equipment, German vacuum glove box, dual-chamber thermal evaporation system, field emission scanning electron microscope, deep-level transient spectrometer, non-consumable vacuum arc furnace, atomic layer film deposition instrument, functional nanomaterial deposition system, nanosecond laser, More than 40 large-scale scientific research instruments such as time-resolved variable temperature fluorescence spectrometer and matching small-scale experimental instruments and equipment; 280 square meters of thousand-level ultra-clean room and 240 square meters of chemical room have been established. At present, the laboratory has large and medium-sized instruments and equipment worth more than 50 million yuan, and 2500 square meters of scientific research rooms are relatively concentrated. These construction funds and the good technical support and logistical support provided by relevant departments have improved the laboratory's scientific research infrastructure and scientific research platform conditions, and have effectively promoted the development of the laboratory.


At present, the laboratory has 10 high-level talents such as double-appointed academicians, senior academic consultants, provincial special-appointed professors, provincial chair professors, fourth-level talents, Huanghe scholars, and school-appointed professors, and 33 professors and associate professors. It has three research directions: Thin film solar cell research, oxide thin film physics and device research, electrochemistry and photoelectrochemical energy materials; divided into eight subject groups: condensed matter physics group, high-density energy storage device research group, low-dimensional functional materials and device group, nano energy And flexible physical electronic device group, perovskite battery/storage device research group, photoelectric energy conversion and electrochemical technology group, nano heterogeneous thin film and optoelectronic device group, silicon-based optoelectronic device group.
