The 2nd Henan Quantum Matter Science Academic Conference was a complete success
From January 7 to 8, 2020, the second Henan Quantum Matter Science Academic Conference was successfully held in our school. Experts from well-known universities and research institutes at home and abroad such as University of Science and Technology of China, Nanjing University, National University of Singapore, Zhengzhou University, Henan Normal University, etc. attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Director Zhang Weifeng of the Provincial Key Laboratory of Photovoltaic Materials.
Director Zhang Weifeng of the Provincial Key Laboratory of Photovoltaic Materials welcomed the experts who attended this seminar. He briefly introduced the basic situation of the laboratory and expressed sincere thanks to the experts and scholars for attending the meeting. It is hoped that this conference will deepen the mutual understanding between our school and the top experts in the field of quantum matter science in China, and strongly promote the development of our school's physics materials and other disciplines.
The conference started from five research fields including preparation and performance of two-dimensional materials, two-dimensional material theory, luminescence physics, energy conversion and electrocatalysis, as well as superconductivity, supercurrent and electronic correlation effects. The participating experts' research progress and bottlenecks in related fields The problem is analyzed, and his latest results are shown. In the discussion session, experts and scholars expressed their opinions and suggestions, and offered an academic feast for the teachers and students participating in the meeting. The teachers and students at the meeting not only learned knowledge, but also learned the rigorous, pragmatic and innovative academic spirit.
