Chen Dong



Chen Dong, Ph.D., associate professor, currently published 7 papers in international journals such as Nano Energy, Solar RRL, Journal of Alloys and Compounds, Journal of Applied Physics as the first or corresponding author, and co-published Solar Energy Materials and Solar Cells, Carbohydrate Polymers , IEEE Journal of Photovoltaics and other more than 10 papers, applied for 2 national invention patents.


Resume:

In June 2013, graduated from the School of Physics and Electronic Engineering, Northwest Normal University, majoring in physics, with a bachelor's degree;

Graduated from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in June 2016, majoring in materials engineering, and obtained a master's degree in engineering (recommended exemption);

Graduated from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in June 2019, majoring in materials science, and received a doctorate degree in engineering;

July 2019-present, Associate Professor, Provincial Key Laboratory of Photovoltaic Materials, Henan University.


Main research directions:

All-inorganic perovskite solar cells, multifunctional optoelectronic devices (photovoltaic windows, photo capacitors, flexible wearable self-powered energy devices).

1. (n11) Research on epitaxial growth and photovoltaic performance of high-quality Ga(In)AsN on GaAs substrate, National Natural Science Foundation of China, 910,000, 2014-2017, completed, participated;

2. Preparation of new photoelectric conversion materials and device application research, Chinese Academy of Sciences Hundred Talents Program, 3.6 million, 2012-2017, completed, participate;

3. Exploring the proton conduction behavior of Ln-MOFs with pore structure by means of single crystal-single crystal transformation, National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund, 250,000, 2015-2017, completed and participated;

4. Research on the surface and interface regulation and preparation of MoS2-based nano heterostructures and its marine antifouling mechanism, National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Fund, 250,000, 2018-2020, in research, participating;

5. Research on multifunctional PbS@CsPbI3-xBrx core-shell quantum dot interface modification to construct high-performance all-inorganic perovskite batteries, Dong Chen, 2020-2021, second-class grant from China Postdoctoral Fund.
