Zhaoyang Kang

Chaoyang Kang, born in December 1984, native of Shangshui County, Henan Province, member of the Communist Party of China, PhD, associate professor. At present, he is mainly engaged in the preparation and microstructure characterization of functional material films (vanadium dioxide, perovskite oxide films, transparent conductive films). Presided over the completion of 1 National Natural Science Foundation Youth Fund, participated in the completion of 3 National Natural Science Funds, and is currently presiding over 1 scientific and technological research project of the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology. Published many papers in international journals such as Applied Physics Letter, Applied Surface Science, Journal of Alloys and Compounds. Have experience in the construction, maintenance and use of advanced thin film growth equipment such as magnetron sputtering, pulsed laser deposition, molecular beam epitaxy, etc., and familiar with the structure characterization and performance testing techniques of various thin films. He has accumulated rich experience in the preparation of thin film materials, the study of physical properties and macroscopic properties, and the application of synchrotron radiation technology.
