    研究方向:主要从事钙钛矿结构铁电和光电薄膜、异质结构以及纳米材料的制备、微结构表征和光电特性研究。主要在SrBi2Ta2O9铁电薄膜的非线性光学响应和光限幅特性、TiO2纳米管形成机制、六方相YMnO3和正交相YMnO3薄膜的制备新工艺和光学特性等方面开展了系统深入的研究工作,发现了YMnO3薄膜的三阶非线性光学特性,SrBi2Ta2O9薄膜具有显著的光限幅作用,澄清了TiO2纳米管形成的机制,取得了创新性成果。

    教育与科研经历:

    1987年毕业于河南大学物理系,同年考取河南大学固体物理专业研究生

    1990年获吉林大学物理系固体物理硕士学位,同年起在河南大学固体表面实验室工作,从事Langmuir-Blodgett有序分子膜的制备和光电性能研究

    1997年考入南京大学物理系学习,开展钙钛矿氧化物纳米材料和薄膜材料的光学性质研究

    2000年博士研究生毕业,获凝聚态物理博士学位

    2001-2003,两次赴香港科技大学物理系访问学习

    2004-2006 在日本材料物质研究机构从事JSPS博士后交流研究

    主要学术成就:

    河南省跨世纪学术与技术带头人培养对象,河南省杰出青年科学基金获得者,入选河南省高校创新人才培养工程,美国期刊JPCJACS审稿人,《河南大学学报》(自然科学版)编委。先后完成国家和省部级科研项目20余项。发表论文180余篇,其中110多篇被SCIEI收录,被同行在国际杂志上引用1300余次。负责建立了河南省光伏材料重点实验室和河南省高校光电信息技术重点学科开放实验室。
