张伟风

张伟风,理学博士,河南省特聘教授,河南大学二级教授,中国物理学会固体缺陷专业委员会委员,河南省物理学会副理事长。获河南省学术与技术带头人(2000)和中原基础研究领军人才(2019)等学术称号。曾在香港科技大学物理系和日本物质材料研究所博士后工作4年,在美国加州州立大学长滩分校研修班短期学习。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目4项和河南省杰出青年基金、河南省高校创新人才培养工程项目、河南省科技创新杰出人才基金、河南省科技创新团队支持计划、教育部自然科学重点项目等省部级课题10余项。获河南省科技进步奖二等奖2(第一完成人)、授权发明专利12件。作为一作或通讯作者在二区以上期刊发表论文140余篇,累计他引4000余次,其中Raman scattering study on anatase TiO2 nanocrystals (J. Phys. D: Appl. Phys. 2000)单篇引用近1000次,成为该领域的经典文献之一。在新型能源材料探索方面,开辟和推动了钙钛矿结构锡氧化物光催化和光电性能及器件的研究。

1)钙钛矿氧化物薄膜的铁电、压电、电磁输运;

2)拓扑催化和能量转换物理机制;

3)低维量子结构扫描隧道显微学。
