刘成延,博士,河南大学黄河学者,主要从事多元半导体晶界、位错、界面和缺陷性质的理论研究。近些年在NatureNano Lett.Adv. Energy Mater. Phys. Rev. B JMCAAPLSolar RRL在内的期刊发表论文24篇。
